Review: GarageExperts of West Houston is under new ownership. I’m totally disgusted with the way I’ve been treated. I have the epoxy on my garage floor and there is a small place that has lifted and torn. This company advertises Lifetime Warranty all over their website AND brochures but I’m now finding out that very strategically hidden, they reveal that labor is only covered for 1 year. They are insisting on charging me $385 to repair a small tear that is about 2”x 3” and lifting from the concrete. This is in an area that gets close to zero traffic so it was not caused by anything we did. I can’t even get anyone from the company to physically come look at it. I just get the runaround every time I text and/or call. At this point, I’m going to find another company to come repair the tear because I can’t trust that they’ll even do an adequate job mush less an excellent one.On another note, I went by their physical location on Mason Rd to try to talk to somebody in person and they are no longer there. It appears as though the doors have been locked from the outside and there’s a big sign that says For Lease”. When I asked the person who I’ve been texting back-and-forth with what was going on, she said they were remodeling. I asked around and was told they’d been evicted.I highly recommend you stay away from this company. There are a lot more reputable companies out there and also, be sure you know EXACTLY what the warranty covers.
